6. Right of withdrawal

A buyer qualifying as a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the e-mail address above.

7. Warranty

The provider is subject to the warranty for defects and — for new goods — product warranty obligations under the Hungarian Civil Code.

You can send complaints to the e-mail address above; we reply within 30 days. As a consumer you may also turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence, or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
