These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the online retail services provided by Bordás Renáta ev. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") through the bravetorave.hu website (hereinafter referred to as the "Webshop").
The Service Provider's details, including its business name, registered office, registration number, tax identification number, and contact information, are available in the Imprint section of the Webshop. For general inquiries, the Service Provider may be contacted at hello@bravetorave.hu.
The Webshop offers upcycled second-hand clothing and accessories. Due to the nature of these products, most items are unique and available in limited quantities. Their essential characteristics are described on the relevant product pages.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The language of the contract is Hungarian (or English when the order is placed through the English-language version of the Webshop). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Hungarian versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
The contract concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider is deemed to be an electronic contract. It is not considered a written contract, is not filed by the Service Provider, and is not available for subsequent retrieval.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, in particular by the following legislation:
Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code;
Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Certain Issues of Information Society Services;
Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.) on the Detailed Rules of Contracts between Consumers and Businesses;
Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection;
Decree No. 19/2014 (IV.29.) of the Ministry for National Economy on the Procedural Rules for Handling Warranty and Guarantee Claims Relating to Consumer Contracts.

The products displayed in the Webshop may be ordered online.

The information provided about each product, including its description, size, material composition, condition, and photographs, is for informational purposes. As the products are pre-owned and individually upcycled, they may exhibit unique characteristics resulting from previous use or the handcrafted transformation process. Such characteristics, where indicated in the product description, shall not be regarded as defects.

All prices are shown in Hungarian Forints (HUF).

The Service Provider operates under the Hungarian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses; therefore, VAT is not charged on the listed prices.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be displayed separately before the Customer completes the order.

As most products are one-of-a-kind, only a single unit is generally available. If an item becomes unavailable before the order is confirmed, the Customer will be informed accordingly.

To place an order, the Customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the shopping cart, enters the required billing and delivery information, chooses the preferred shipping and payment methods, reviews the order details, and submits the order.
By clicking the "Place Order" button, the Customer submits an order that carries a payment obligation.
The Service Provider shall confirm receipt of the order electronically without undue delay and, in any event, within 48 hours.
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the Customer shall no longer be bound by the offer.
Before submitting the order, the Customer may correct any data entry errors. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information. Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent the successful delivery of the order confirmation and, consequently, the conclusion of the contract.

The following payment methods are available in the Webshop:
Online payment by credit or debit card (processed securely via the Stripe payment platform)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Ownership of the ordered products shall remain with the Service Provider until the full purchase price, including any applicable shipping charges, has been paid in full.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Service Provider shall hand over the order to the carrier within 2–4 days. The Service Provider delivers the ordered products by using the services of Foxpost and Packeta, or by personal collection.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the Customer is obliged to inspect the external condition of the package. If any damage to the packaging is detected, the Customer must document it with photographs and notify the Service Provider without delay. Photographs of the damage and any other available evidence will assist in the enforcement of any claim against the carrier. The Customer is required to retain the damaged packaging and all packaging materials until the complaint procedure has been completed.

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. If the Consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must send a clear statement of their intention to withdraw to the following e-mail address: hello@bravetorave.hu. For this purpose, the Consumer may also use the attached model withdrawal form.
The Service Provider shall acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal notice by e-mail without undue delay.
If the Consumer withdraws from this contract, the Service Provider shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Service Provider), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the Consumer's notice of withdrawal. The reimbursement shall be made using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of reimbursement. The Consumer shall not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The Service Provider may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received back, or until the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The Consumer shall return or hand over the goods to Bordás Renáta ev, [1111 Budapest, Budafoki út 5., 3/4, Hungary], without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer communicates the withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period and provides proof thereof. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the cases specified in Section 29 of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.), in particular in the case of products that have been altered specifically for the Consumer at their express request and according to their individual requirements (e.g. custom-sized or custom-made items).

The Service Provider performs defectively if, at the time of performance, the service does not comply with the quality requirements laid down in the contract or by law. The Service Provider shall not be deemed to have performed defectively if the Customer knew, or should have known, of the defect at the time the contract was concluded.
In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the Customer may assert a statutory warranty claim in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. The Customer may request repair or replacement or, subject to the statutory conditions, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
The Customer shall notify the Service Provider of the defect without undue delay after its discovery by sending an e-mail to hello@bravetorave.hu.
Withdrawal from the contract may not be exercised in the case of an insignificant defect.
The Consumer's statutory warranty claims shall become time-barred one year from the date of performance, as the subject matter of the contract consists of used, upcycled clothing and accessories.

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data and takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse. The processing of personal data is governed by the Webshop's Privacy Policy.

The Customer may submit complaints concerning the products or the activities of the Service Provider by e-mail to hello@bravetorave.hu. The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint and, in the case of a written complaint, provide a substantive written response within a maximum of 30 days. The parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes amicably through negotiations. If the Consumer does not agree with the handling of the complaint or if the investigation of the complaint was not possible, the Consumer may refer the matter to the following authorities:
National Authority for Trade and Consumer Protection: the competent District Office, https://nkfh.gov.hu/en
Budapest Conciliation Board: the conciliation board competent according to the Consumer's place of residence or stay, https://bekeltet.bkik.hu/en
The Consumer is entitled to enforce any claim arising from a consumer dispute before the competent court in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. Any amendments shall become effective upon their publication in the Webshop and shall apply to orders placed after the effective date of such amendments. Orders placed prior to the effective date shall remain subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was placed.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
